Campus Advantage Acquires New Properties
Mike Peter, president and CEO, shared that Campus Advantage, a leader in student housing, added 936 beds to its growing portfolio with the management of two properties in Denver, Colorado —The Regency, a 17-story tower and five-story north hall, and The Villas, five three-story buildings on the same parcel.
