BJ Turner’s company, Dunleer, LLC., a Los Angeles based private real estate investment and development firm, announced the sale of their West LA Collection Apartments, achieving a 29% Net to Investor IRR and 1.36x equity multiple in less than 20 months.

Open Listings Launches Program for First-Time Buyers

Kevin Miller, director of growth for Open Listings, announced a comprehensive first-time home buyer education course, “Home Schooled,” designed to educate and equip first-time home buyers to make sound and informed decisions when considering their home purchase. In addition, Open Listings has been acquired by Opendoor.

Campus Advantage Acquires New Properties

Mike Peter, president and CEO, shared that Campus Advantage, a leader in student housing, added 936 beds to its growing portfolio with the management of two properties in Denver, Colorado —The Regency, a 17-story tower and five-story north hall, and The Villas, five three-story buildings on the same parcel. A robust amenity package including entertainment, computer lab, and convenience store is shared by the two properties.
